The Challenge
This local pet grooming business had a real service, real customers, and strong day-to-day moments happening inside the business, but its online presence did not fully reflect the quality, personality, and trust behind the work. The challenge was to create a more professional and consistent social media presence for a local audience, using real on-location content instead of generic posts. Because grooming is a visual and trust-based service, the content needed to show more than cute pets. It needed to communicate care, cleanliness, transformation, routine, personality, and the experience customers could expect when bringing their pets in.
